Permission is granted to temporarily use the Element Screenshot extension for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • use the extension for any commercial purpose without proper licensing
  • attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the extension
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

3. Service Description

Element Screenshot is a browser extension that allows users to capture clean screenshots of web page elements. The service operates locally within your browser and does not transmit your screenshots to external servers unless you explicitly choose to share them.

4. Pro Subscription

Pro features are available through a subscription service. By subscribing to Pro, you agree to pay the applicable fees and understand that subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with the service within 30 days of purchase, contact our support team for a full refund. Lifetime purchases are eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
